A plain tub with water indicates wash, rinse and spin intensity. Garments carrying this symbol should not be wrung out by hand. A plain tub indicates the garment can be spun and rinsed as normal. A bar under the tub means use a low spin speed. Two bars under the tub means the garment needs a gentle wash action, but can be spun and rinsed normally.
My wife has hated this washer since we got it. Sometimes it works correctly but most often not. It runs on and on with rinse and spin for hours. I have to shut it off and usually put it on the quick wash setting to get it to finish. I saw in your notes that there might be air in the lines. No air!

If the washer is equipped with a Fabric Softener or Clean Rinse Knob and that setting is selected: The washer washes as normal and releases the fabric softener.
